  • Saturday: 9-Hole Best Ball and 9-Hole Scramble
  • Sunday: 9-Hole Best Ball and 9-Hole Modified Alternate Shot

  • Championship - Blue Tees all other flights - White Tees
Handicap
  •  100% USGA handicap, adjusted to fit formats. Per USGA Guidelines, 8-Stroke maximum Differential between partners.
Field
  • Limited to 60 Two-man Teams (120 Players)
Entry Fee

  •   Day Money: To Be Announced
Prizes
  • Payout: 2-Gross/1-Net in Championship Flight and 2-Net and 1-Gross in all other flights except last flight pays only net
  • Pro Shop Credit: Winnings based upon two day totals.  If flight is 8 or fewer teams, payout to 3 places; if more than 8 teams, payout to 4 places
  • Closest to the pins both days - To Be Announced
  • Tie Breakers: USGA Guidelines followed
Food/Bev
  • To Be Announced
Social Activity
  • Friday Pig Roast - 6:30 p.m. Open to ALL MGA members and their significant other - DO NOT HAVE TO PLAY IN THE TOURNAMENT TO COME TO THE PIG ROAST.  x (tbd) drink tickets per couple  - Cash bar otherwise, or after the tickets are used.
Entry Deadline
  • Teams must sign up prior to 4:00 PM, Thursday, October 14, 2010 (See NOTE Below!)
Cancellations Rules
  • No-shows and cancellations received after 4:00PM Friday, October 15, 2010 will be subject to having the entry fee charged to their club bill.
Top-40 Event        YES
Rules
  • USGA Rules govern play
  • One-Ball rule is waived
  • Fourteen club rule IS in effect
  • Electronic yardage devices are allowed in all MGA events.  (Laser Range Finders, GPS-based systems, etc.)

NOTE:  for all tournaments, Registration closes at 4:00PM on the THURSDAY before the tournament.  the tournament setup and flights will be based upon that signup list.  For anyone desiring to sign up after the deadline, a standby list will be established But will only be used to fill for cancellations and no-shows.
