Start Time	9:00AM Shotgun
Format	Individual Modified Stableford: Players will subtract their handicap from 36, producing a 'target' goal (i.e., a player with a handicap of 16 will have a 'target' score of 20). All scores during play will be based upon gross scores and points will be assigned as follows: Double-Eagle=16, Eagle=8, Birdie=4, par=2 and bogey=1. From the cumulative points after play, subtract the 'target', producing the tournament score. Winner will be the one who made the most points based upon their 'target'. (Example: As above, a 'target' of 20, the player scores 21 points during play, his tournament score would be 21 (score) minus 20 ('target') for a Plus 1 score.)
Tees	Championship Flight Blue, all others White
Handicap	The index from the beginning of the month will generate the handicap to be used in finding the 'target' (36 minus index).
Field	The field will be limited to 120 players. Once the limit is reached, all other entrants will be placed on a standby list.
Entry Fee	$45.00 plus cart fee
Prizes	30% of the field will awarded pro-shop credits
Food/Bev	Eagle's Nest: Burgers, Brats, Dogs, Chips, Beer, Soda
Social Activity	St. Patty's Day social on Friday night, March 12. This is open to all MGA members and their spouse/significant other. Corned Beef & Cabbage dinner, heavy appetizers and more. Beer keg and 1 drink coupon per person
Entry Deadline	Teams must sign up prior to 4:00 PM, Thursday, March 11, 2010 (See NOTE Below!)
Cancellations Rules	No-shows and cancellations received after 4:00PM Friday, March 12, 2010, will be subject to having the entry fee charged to their club bill.
Top-40 Event	Yes
Rules	USGA Rules govern play One-Ball rule is waived Fourteen club rule IS in effect Electronic yardage devices are allowed in all MGA events. (Laser Range Finders, GPS-based systems, etc.)

NOTE: for all tournaments, Registration closes at 4:00PM on the THURSDAY before the tournament. the tournament setup and flights will be based upon that signup list. For anyone desiring to sign up after the deadline, a standby list will be established But will only be used to fill for cancellations and no-shows.
